Margaritaville Apparel has been at the forefront of fashion and fashion merchandising for almost a decade. In that time, Margaritaville has built a lifestyle empire – using partnerships and sponsorships to secure its place as a household name.
As recently reported, the Margaritaville-HSN partnership launched May 6th with products being featured on HSN and the Frontgate website. Supported by the cable network and the Frontgate mail catalog, Margaritaville has become a multimedia entity. As part of the historic launch, HSN will be hosting a summer sweepstakes offering Margaritaville loyalists the opportunity to win prizes that include merchandise.
But aside from its partnerships, Margaritaville has also sponsored events that have combined fashion, beach and fun – as well as prizes. Margaritaville Apparel recently sponsored the 2014 Siesta Key Crystal Classic Master Sand Sculpting Competition in Siesta Key, Florida. Loads of sand-lovers came out in droves to compete in the annual competition which put surf and turf to a whole new level. The life-sized and super-sized collaborations thrilled onlookers and judges – and the easygoing, comfortable clothes were also eye-catching against the perfect, cloudless sky.
Getting into the fun, the fashion show on the beach to preview the Spring 2015 line, also brought the beautiful people and sun out in full glory to model the wares. In artistic fashion, the runway was a giant sculpture made entirely of sand by two prominent artists.
